Usage: you can use the sage and palosanto for 2 to 3 times in you whole house

To cleanse a space

1. Open a window/door (let the old energy out, fresh in).
2. Light the tip for ~20–30 seconds until it catches, then gently blow out—let it smoulder.
3. Walk clockwise around the room. Waft the smoke upward with slow circles, especially corners, doorways, mirrors, and around tech.
4. Say an intention (e.g., “I release heaviness and welcome peace.”).
5. Rest the stick on a heat-safe dish; it will usually self-extinguish. Relight as needed.

To cleanse your aura

1. Stand, breathe slowly.
2. Circle the smoke from feet to crown and down the back, 3 times.
3. Visualise a soft light around you.

To cleanse crystals

1. Hold the crystal in the smoke for 20–60 seconds.
2. Set a simple intention for what you want the crystal to support.
